MERL is the US subsidiary of the corporate research and development organization of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.They conduct on application-motivated basic research and advanced development in: Physical Modeling & Simulation, Signal Processing, Control, Optimization, and Artificial Intelligence. The main body of this report presents our recent research in these areas.

Finish: Standard

Sizes:  shaft 14.370 x 6.575 x 6.572 in         Shell 14.764 x 14.764 x 9.882 in

Tolerances: precision +/-.002″

the photos sents to customer during machining process, the parts too big and worked very slow

after 2 more days, we sent new photos to customer. the bigger ones went on smoothly, and the main job is CNC turning.

here is what we updated the customer with progress each day:

good morning! here is the update: this part finished turning and will work on wire cutting tomorrow, then it’ll finish.
 
and the other part got a technical problem, we’re solving it. hopefully to finish them during weekends.
5days more, the big ones finished and ready to fly.

photos enclosed, we finished turning yesterday and noted the depth not enough, we’re making electrodes and EDM. it seems that we can’t finish during weekend, but it should be very close.
