Anodizing

The formation of this oxide film makes metal have anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties, also this technology can help aluminum to expand the application range and prolong the service life, right now anodizing is the most widely used and most successful surface treatment.

Plating

A thin layer of metal applied to certain articles for cosmetic or protective purpose, and you should choose the right type of plating depending on your use.

The most often used plating here including: chrome plating/zinc plating/Nickel plating.

Polishing

Polishing refers to the use of mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action, so that the workpiece Surface roughness can be lowered. 

Polishing can not improve the dimensional accuracy or geometric shape accuracy of the workpiece, but to obtain a smooth surface or mirror gloss for the purpose.

Powder Coating

The powder coating is applied to the surface of the work piece by the powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spraying machine) . Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the work piece to form a powder coating, the final coating with different effects (different kinds of effects of powder coatings) , the spraying effect of powder coatings is superior to the spraying process in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and the cost is also lower than the spraying effect.
