CMM

CMM can be used to measure dimension/positioning/geometry and contour precision. It can be Applied for product design,gear measurement, fixture, steam mold parts, electronics and other precision measurement.

Height gauge

The excellent performance of the height gauge makes it widely used in the fields of electronics, cutting tools,precision parts, stamping parts, connectors, moulds, military industry, aerospace,and so on.

Projector

Projector is used to project the outline of the workpiece onto an observation screen, based on the principle of optical projection, which can detect the contour and outer shape of the complex workpiece efficiently.

Roughness tester

The roughness tester is also called roughness meter, it was originally developed to measure the Surface roughness of machined parts,and now it’s widely used in various metal and non-metal processing surface.

Our Quality Procedure

First, materials inspection by IQC and material certificates can be provided if requested.

2ND, send to warehouses.

3rd,first samples inspection by IPQC, and on-site inspection during production every two hours by various equipment and make reports for records.

4th,OQC. for small batches orders,100% inspection; big quantity 20% test at random. and if you find any quality problem after you receive parts,we’ll replace free of charges.
